Overlooking Rotary Park and the Princeton train depot, our second-floor ballroom offers a warm and memorable setting for your next special occasion or business event.
A Unique Space for Memorable Gatherings
The Knox Hotel ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests, depending on your preferred layout. The space is well-suited for:
- Bridal and baby showers
- Family gatherings and reunions
- Small wedding receptions
- Presentations and business meetings
While children are welcome, the space is not well suited for kid-centered events.
Please note: Access to the ballroom requires the use of stairs.
Event Pricing & Inclusions
Rates are determined by:
- Number of guests
- Event duration
- Setup and cleanup time
We include tables and chairs to fit your layout needs, and limited decorations may be available from the hotel upon request. All other décor and supplies should be provided by the event hosts.

- Discounted overnight stays are available for guests booking events at the ballroom.
